Vanta

About

Most job searches fail for reasons nobody tells you.

Not because people are unqualified. Because the same CV goes to forty jobs, because software screens it before a human sees it, and because nobody ever says which part of the process is actually failing.

What we do

Vanta Workspace reads the job you are applying for, checks it against your real experience, and writes a CV targeted at that one role. Then it tells you honestly where you stand against every requirement in the advert, including the ones you do not meet.

That last part matters more than it sounds. Most tools tell you every job is a 96% match, which is flattering and useless. We would rather tell you the truth before an interviewer does.

What we refuse to do

The engine only uses facts you gave it. It will not inflate a job title, invent a metric, or add a skill you never claimed. If it cannot support a line from your profile, it leaves the line out.

This costs us on the demo. A tool that fabricates achievements always produces a more impressive first draft. It also produces a CV you cannot defend in an interview, and the interview is the entire point.

Why the outreach half exists

A better CV raises your hit rate on applications you already send. It does nothing about the jobs that are filled before they are advertised, which is most of the good ones.

So the Complete plan carries an outreach guide: which groups of people to approach and in what order, how to actually find them, what to say, and a five day rotation so it is a habit rather than a burst. Five days on and two off, because a plan that quietly asks for seven is one people abandon in a month.

Who is behind it

Vanta Workspace is built and run by Dylan Corrigan in Dublin, trading as Vanta Coaching. It grew out of one to one career coaching, which is why the product is opinionated: it does the things that worked in those sessions, and refuses the things that did not.

If something breaks or confuses you, the email address on the terms page reaches a person, not a queue.

Put a real advert in front of it. The match analysis is the fastest way to understand what this actually does.
