A free one semester pilot for your graduating class
Vanta Workspace helps students apply properly: a CV written for the jobs they want most, from their real experience, 3 a month on the Free plan, and one place to track every application. We offer it free to one graduating class for a semester, with a monthly report for your careers team.
Who it is for
Graduating students looking for their first role, especially international graduates starting a career in Ireland, who are applying in a job market they do not know yet and need every application to count.
What students get
The Free plan, at no cost to them or to you:

The CV is written only from facts the student gave us. It will not invent a title, a metric or a skill, and it shows them the requirements they do not meet before they apply. A pilot can add extra CVs in a student's first month on top of the 3 a month.

The report counts, for the pilot to date and for the last 30 days:

- Confirmed their email
- Active
- CVs made
- Jobs tracked

Privacy and data
Students open their own accounts with their own email address and agree to our terms and privacy policy themselves. You never send us a student list.
Your college sees totals only. The report never shows a name, an email address, a CV, a company a student applied to, or anything about one student. Any figure from 1 to 4 is shown as "Fewer than 5" and every other figure is rounded to the nearest 5, so nobody can be singled out, even by comparing two figures or two months.
Student accounts are held in Ireland (eu-west-1). The CV writing uses Anthropic's Claude models, which run in the United States, as our privacy policy sets out. A data processing agreement is available on request.
After the semester
You decide what happens next: a paid licence for future classes, a referral arrangement, or nothing. Students keep their free accounts either way.
We do not promise jobs or interviews. We help students apply well, and the report shows what they actually did.
Who runs it
Vanta Workspace is built and run by Dylan Corrigan in Dublin. It grew out of one to one career coaching, so it does what worked in those sessions.
